The sound of the wind as it passes over fields of grass is quite mesmerizing. The field of view is expansive and often seems unhindered from horizon to horizon. . . and the clouds; nothing compares to viewing an approaching thunderstorm moving relentlessly over the green grasses. The perspective out here is so different than that of the mountains but is equally beautiful in its own right.
